These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website frostway.app and all services provided by FrostWay LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA (File Number: pending), with a registered address at 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA.
FrostWay operates as a Destination Management Company (DMC) and intermediary travel agency specializing in cultural tours and health tourism services in Cyprus.
2. Nature of Services
FrostWay acts as an organizer and intermediary agent connecting customers with third-party service providers including, but not limited to:
- Hotels and accommodation providers
- Car rental companies
- Airlines and flight operators
- Licensed tour guides and cultural experience providers
- Licensed medical and dental clinics
- Wellness and health screening facilities
3. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: FrostWay LLC is NOT a medical provider, healthcare institution, or licensed medical practice. We are a travel organization and coordination agency.
Our health tourism packages involve connecting customers with independently licensed, accredited third-party medical and dental clinics in Cyprus. FrostWay coordinates logistics (travel, accommodation, appointments, transfers) but does not provide, supervise, or guarantee medical outcomes.
All medical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare providers. Customers are advised to:
- Consult with their primary healthcare provider before traveling for medical purposes
- Review the credentials and accreditations of the recommended clinics independently
- Obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance
- Disclose all relevant medical history to the treating healthcare provider
4. Booking and Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. By making a booking, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and payment information
- Pay the total amount displayed at checkout in EUR (€)
- Accept the applicable cancellation and refund terms (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy)
Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of FrostWay’s service and coordination fees. Third-party provider fees, taxes, and surcharges (if any) are disclosed before checkout.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- FrostWay is not liable for acts, omissions, negligence, or defaults of third-party service providers
- FrostWay is not liable for any medical complications, adverse outcomes, or side effects resulting from treatments arranged through our health tourism services
- FrostWay is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, hotels, or other providers
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific booking in question
6. Intellectual Property
All content on frostway.app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FrostWay LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.
8. Changes to Terms
FrostWay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
