FrostWay LLC (“FrostWay,” “we,” “us”) is a Destination Management Company incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA. This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all bookings made through frostway.app, including hotel reservations, car rentals, flight bookings, cultural tour packages, and health tourism packages.

By completing a booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Important: If a medical procedure is cancelled by the healthcare provider due to medical reasons, FrostWay will arrange a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

6. Flight Bookings

Flight bookings are subject to the airline’s cancellation and refund policies. FrostWay acts as an intermediary and will facilitate refund requests on your behalf. Airline processing fees may apply. FrostWay does not charge additional fees for cancellation processing.

7. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, war, or similar extraordinary events), FrostWay will offer either a full refund or rescheduling of services at no additional charge, regardless of the cancellation window.

Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method via Stripe.
